FLOATING CLASSROOM Projects
Floating Classroom is the education arm of Life Front Line Sailing Ministry, providing experiential learning services since 2008. Grounded in the philosophy of "Training Under Sail," we utilize sail training as a dynamic educational platform. We design and tailor-make training courses for schools to develop leaders and build cohesive teams.
We provide a unique maritime training environment where participants must work together to operate a sailing vessel. Through a series of navigational tasks, hands-on drills, and emergency simulations, we train students in logistical coordination, communication, and adaptability. Once on board, participants are no longer mere passengers but active crew members. They are expected to engage fully in all aspects of vessel operation—taking initiative, embracing responsibilities, and applying nautical knowledge with diligence. Through this "learning by doing" approach, they cultivate teamwork and accomplish shared mission goals.
Our instructors provide hands-on demonstrations and comprehensive guidance; therefore, no prior sailing or boat-building experience is required. Immersion in an unfamiliar environment and real-world sailing challenges significantly enhances the experiential learning process.

Project Voyager
Build a 14-ft sailing dinghy with a group of secondary school students.
Empowering students through craftsmanship and teamwork to construct a functional sailing vessel from the ground up.
SAIL Academy
RC Model sailboat building. To learn floating theory, practical craftsmanship, and electronics in one project.
A STEM-focused curriculum where students build a remote-controlled sailboat, integrating theories of buoyancy, hands-on craftsmanship, and electronic applications.
Sailing Classroom
Apply academic knowledge on a real sailboat. Connecting the knowledge to the real world.
Bridging the gap between theory and practice by applying classroom knowledge—such as mathematics, physics, and geography—to real-time sailing operations.
Racing Club
Help schools to develop a racing club. Let the students unleash their potentials.
Assisting schools in establishing competitive sailing teams, providing advanced training to help students discover their potential and excel in regattas.
